Adam is a global change & transformation leader in Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services organization. In his role he is responsible for leading end-to-end change management & training for enterprise initiatives, specializing in HR-driven activities. Adam has a diverse background spanning nearly two decades, supporting multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, and tech. He is an accomplished strategic advisor that helps organizations manage people-driven changes and supports implementing workforce strategies that unlock greater stakeholder value. Though his career Adam has held leadership roles at:

  • Slalom Consulting
  • PwC Advisory
  • Prudential Financial
  • HAVAS

Adam is also an Advisory Board Member at Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business, and a Member of the Executive Council for Leading Change. He holds a B.S. Degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Business & Strategy Certificate from the Wharton School of Business. Adam lives in Montclair, NJ, and has two young boys, Dean (age 6) and Grey (age 3). He is an avid golfer, snowboarder, amateur chef, and wine/whiskey enthusiast.
