I'm a Customer Service Manager for a small-size company looking to expand their customer base and product portfolio. In my first 15 days in the job, I noticed a few red flags: 1.They don't record their calls and therefore are unable to count them. 2. Their CRM isn't integrated with emails from customers which makes emails very difficult to track. 3. They have no escalation process or a consequence management process. My first priority is to find out what our call volume is by using a a free WFM software. Data gathered from which will be used in my proposal presentation. My question is what is the best free WFM software in the market that fits my purpose?
