I am trying to propose to management towards initiating process and quality consulting within the organization. Our organization is 5000 plus across globe and into engineering services supporting predominantly the automotive clients. Quality team is relatively small and management is as usual reluctant towards growth so I am taking this initiative to show them the benefits and also to make quality function a revenue generation. I am struck as I am not sure how should I approach here and is it a right move at this time, when the management is really not interested towards additional cost and growth in quality consulting. I don't have required data showing the management about the benefits and scope of quality consulting in India and other regions. Request inputs if any.
