I am a Business Process Analyst in the Australian Grain Industry. My team have been working for some time now establishing process documentation and standards for the organisation. We have a good base of Process Documentation (100+) and have been able to identify a great deal of potential improvements. Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where I can learn more about the following: 1) How to effectively summarize and record our improvement(s) recommendations for a specific process in a clear, concise manner and how to categorize each recommendation (i.e. Time, Cost, Quality, Risk) 2) How to better quantify the types of recommendations that we're making to the Process Owners and Participants (i.e. The to-be process will save you 10 minutes) 3) Any other artefacts and techniques that can be used to supplement purely providing the business with the Process Maps and explaining the issues over email
