Hi, my organization which is a telecom operator in the Middle East has decided to become more customer centric by developing customer facing and customer enabling processes with governing KPIs and SLAs to improve the customer satisfaction. To achieve the above goal, we need to benchmark our process KPIs and SLAs against the industry standards. It would be a great help if I can get some data for the same. Thanks in advance
