As populations in developed countries age, more people will require lengthy treatment for illnesses such as cancer. Given resource and monetary constraints, how can healthcare organizations continue to deliver the same level of care to an increasing number of people?

In this video recorded LIVE at PEX Week Europe, Ashly Mason, Director of Process Excellence at the Moffitt Cancer Center shares how staff and patients at her organization worked together to identify how to increase capacity through improved processes. Not only were they ultimately able to free up bed space for those who needed it most but they also improved patient satisfaction to an all-time high. But it wasn't all smooth sailing for the project team.
