PEX Network & Forrester Research’s Business Process Council Join Forces For First European BPM Leaders Meeting

LONDON - 21 JULY 2011: As part of an ongoing strategic relationship between PEX Network and Forrester Research, Inc. and its Business Process Council – a premier service level designed to help business process leaders turn BPM from reactive, tactical projects into a strategic, proactive discipline at their firmusing peer and Forrester insight – the two organizations are collaborating on the first European BPM Leaders Meeting, 20th– 21st October, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

By invite or application only for senior leaders, the meeting aims to help participants formulate and embed long-term BPM strategies to support the wider business strategy. The two-day meeting agenda is constructed to bring together both representatives from both the business and IT in a collaborative framework for BPM excellence to discuss the most critical evolutions in BPM strategy as well as tackle some of the ongoing challenges with sustainable BPM implementation.

The meeting will run as a series of structured leadership working groups designed to facilitate a solutions driven approach to knowledge share between leaders in key European businesses. Each session will culminate in individual briefing documents presented by PEX Network as well as an exclusive research paper by Forrester Research bringing together key discussions and feedback from across the meeting.

Alongside PEX Network & Forrester Research, facilitators for the meeting include leaders from Deutsche Bank, Centrica, BNY Mellon, TNT Express, Volvo Financial Services, Barclaycard, BNP Paribas, the BP Group and recent PEX Network Awards winners, Schenker Arkas Nakliyat ve Ticaret AS.

Following the recent PEX Network & Forrester Research global research survey on process maturity, the meeting will not only reflect key industry findings but support the ongoing collaboration between the two communities.

The meeting will run as a series of facilitated leadership working groups enabling knowledge sharing between leaders of key European businesses.
