Arpita is a versatile Program Delivery professional with proven history of successfully delivering transformation and change in the Banking industry. She worked with IBM for 8 years during which she accumulated rich and diverse consulting experience with leading Banks across multiple geographies spanning across the UK, Canada, Australia and India, with a focus on advising clients in shaping strategy and execution roadmap for large scale Transformation. After IBM, Arpita switched from consulting to industry and joined ANZ Bank 6 years back. At ANZ, she has worked with various Finance Process Teams to systematically identify & deliver automation opportunities; embed change, process governance frameworks & iterative communication channels and drive culture change initiatives. In her present role as Initiative Lead Data Governance, Arpita is responsible for establishing and leading a data governance function within Enterprise Finance, leading the implementation of a new data framework, polices and standards, and establishing effective data management processes for Enterprise Finance. Arpita’s unique background in consulting and industry gives her the ability to help users leverage technology to drive value to their businesses for the long-term.
