Mirko Boccalatte

Chief Operating Officer Ferrari F1 Team

Mirko studied Materials Engineering at Politecnico di Torino and later on Innovation at MIT.

After starting his career with Accenture, Mirko joined Ferrari in 2004 covering managerial roles in HR and Organization and finally becoming Ferrari Gestione Sportiva’s Head of Business Development in 2008.

Mirko was then asked to join Fiat in 2009, at the time of the first collaborations with Chrysler, where he coordinated the first Fiat-Chrysler conjoint projects with the role of Senior Manager Product Planning Fiat first and FCA later on.

Mirko re-joined Ferrari in 2013 with the role of Ferrari Head of Innovation.

He then re-joined the Ferrari Formula 1 Team at the end of 2014, first as HR Director, later on as Chief Operating Officer.
