Corey joined athenahealth’s Marketplace team 4 years ago with a goal of bringing his background in Systems Engineering to help standardize the partner onboarding process. Once the organization and process was in place, Corey found a new home helping form the Business Process Improvement team on the Service Integrity side of athena. There, the team has started work using Process Mining Techniques in a few areas of the company.
