Brian is currently a Senior Management Consultant at Major Oak Consulting, a Verint Company, with over 15 years of experience leading customer experience strategy, process improvement, business transformation and organizational design projects and programs.  He is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CXPA) who specializes in customer journey mapping and establishing customer listening programs.  Brian has worked across a diverse range of clients and organizations including: insurance, credit / risk, healthcare, entertainment, non-profits and startups.
