Nick is Director of VM IT Integration and Operations at Liberty Global/Virgin Media.

Nick has been focussing on IT as a value centre and developing a 360-degree perspective on how IT value can drive improvements in the business. One of the specific areas that he is focussed on, currently, is the role that excellence in IT can play in measurably improving business performance and how business engagement can be a vehicle to increase the traction of process excellence initiatives.

Historically, Nick’s teams have also played a role in improving total cost of ownership, and more general performance metrics for IT organisations.
