Mia Leondakis

Mia is a seasoned Silicon Valley veteran, with a diverse background with more than 20 years’ experience in business and digital transformation, customer strategy, business consulting, and operational excellence. Mia’s most recent role was as the leader of business transformation and automation for VMware, a $12B cloud computing and digital infrastructure company. Mia led a global organization of over 250 professionals driving a $150M portfolio of enterprise-wide digital intiatives. Her team was accountable for porfolio prioritization, product management, organziational change management, BPM, RPA and internal consulting. She has a proven track record of delivering business value through increased revenue, operational efficiencies and achieving an improved customer experience. Mia has a passion for diviersity and inclusion, and was a founding member of Women at VMware, and most recently executive sponsor and ally for several URM groups. In her spare time, Mia is somewhere in the outdoors either skiing, hiking, gardening, or planning her first ‘post Covid’ trip to explore new cultures with family and friends.
