International leader with more than 35 years of experience in the areas of Information Technology (IT), Operations, Strategic Planning and Global Service Centers. During the last 23 years with 3M, leading multi-cultural teams in projects / roles for US, Asia, Latin America, Europe and most recently, as IT area manager for Latin America. As the Operations leader for the Global Service Centers (GSC) at 3M, Marco has been working strengthen the operations of the GSC organization and the strategic relationship with all business partners and functions at 3M and also coordinating the areas of Process Quality, Service Delivery and Digital Transformation of the GSC organization, globally.
