Deborah Hawkes

Dr. Deborah Hawkes is a Behaviorist who has devoted her career to evolving the culture and people within organizations. She brings to CAN 25 years of experience in the healthcare, government, and technology sectors. She is dedicated to creating, managing, and executing the strategy and processes related to retaining an exceptional culture and team of professionals at CAN. She got her PhD in Human Services from Walden University, MPhil in Philosophy from Walden University, MBA from the University of Phoenix, and BS from Purdue University. Previously, she was a Vice-President at Altisource and Change Healthcare focusing on people, processes, and systems. Prior to that, she spent 20 years working in a variety of roles and locations, including human resources, operations, quality, operational excellence, organizational development, and training. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She enjoys travel with family and friends, and is devoted to serving the community through mentorship, coaching, and public service through her membership in Delta Sigma Theta and several other organizations.
