Vice President, Continuous Improvement SECURA Insurance

A natural people leader, Carol joined SECURA Insurance in 2002 in Human Resources. In 19 years with the company, she was expanded her sphere of influence across multiple divisions including Personal and Commercial Operations teams, IT, Project Management, and Strategic Planning. She currently leads the Enterprise Services team composed of a cross-functional group of Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Robotic Process Automation, and Organizational Change Management professionals. She is driven by a passion for finding solutions to complex problems, harnessing data to modernize insurance operations, and providing professional development opportunities for her team. Carol earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and an MBA in General Business from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She has refined her skills with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and completing the Masters Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
