Heather Vidal is the Assistant Vice President of Omni-Channel and Digital Service Transformation. She has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has been with MetLife since November 2007 serving in several roles across finance, strategy, and e-business. In her Omni-Channel role, Heather is focused on the customer servicing strategy across all channels, improving the overall experience by connecting journeys and implementing critical capabilities. She also maintains product ownership and user experience design for the global online servicing platform for both U.S and international implementations. Before starting with MetLife, Heather worked for Wachovia Securities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, managing investment portfolios on the New York Stock Exchange for Brazilian clientele. Previous roles include representing Thrivent Financial as a financial advisor in NY State and claims management for auto and home insurance companies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree, business administration from Concordia College, NY, and an MBA, finance and international business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ. She is also a Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF®) through the American College of Financial Services, and speaks fluent Brazilian Portuguese.
