Beth manages Operational Excellence for Consumer Operations, supporting Credit Card, US Deposits, and Lending. She oversees Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, Change Management, Workforce Management, Analytics, and Customer Experience.
Beth is also the site lead for the Draper, UT site. She joined the firm in early 2016, after spending over 10 years in consumer banking and insurance.
Beth received a BS in Asian Studies from Utah State University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
