Client Services Director, North America Swiss Post Solutions

Tom is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of business process outsourcing for SPS’ legal, corporate, and investment banking clients. This includes implementing best practices such as selecting, managing & training staff, developing & managing client budgets, establishing & monitoring productivity goals, and leading cross-functional teams on key projects. Tom joined SPS in 2010 from Williams Lea, where he spent four years as General Manager of their Corporate Information Center. He was responsible for all off-site sales and operations for the New York Metro Area and served as a subject matter expert on business process outsourcing and digital solutions. He is a graduate of Colgate University with a B.A. in History and will receive his M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
