Preeti lead value driven Transformation journey for Corporate & Institutional Services division at Northern Trust since 2018 creating organizational agility through large scale transformation, and drive business agility with quantifiable OKRs. In order to achieve transformation goals to maximize ROI, speed to market, customer satisfaction, Preeti championed cutting edge engineering practices, DevSecOps culture, Test Automation, and overall strategic digital transformation and established Cloud Transformation Tribe(COE), With strong technical background for over 24 years, Preeti has led many strategic architecture and delivery of time sensitive trading platforms while working at UBS Investment Bank as Director in Fixed Income Derivatives IT and Bank of America as Global Architecture Lead in Global Middle Office Technology. Preeti started her career as real time market data feed developer and holds M.S. in Computer Science.
Preeti served on Women in Leadership board, as founder and chair person of the Women in Tech at Northern Trust,. Preeti has been passionately engaged in promoting STEM/Engineering education in girls and creating equity in workforce strategy. Preeti received Diversity champion award by UBS Chairman.
Preeti has been serving chicago inner city youth since early 2000 through reading, mentoring programs. Through these humbling experiences she got inspired to get trained in conducting stress management workshops for youth community, promoting culture of peace as a volunteer and received President Barack Obama's national community community award. Preeti currently serves on National advisory board of SKYSCHOOLS program, offered through International Association of Human Values with mission to create stress free voilence free society.
