Ken Farer

Former Senior Director, Lean Management S&P Global

Ken Farer is a Senior Director, Lean Coach at S&P Global Ratings. In his current role, Ken partners with managers and their global teams to deploy and sustain the Way We Work, a holistic lean management system that focuses on creating value for our stakeholders and business. Putting the Way We Work methodologies into practice enables these managers and their teams to be better, faster and stronger by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and continuously improve through innovation.

Prior to his current role, Ken was a Ratings Risk Review Officer at Ratings, where he led reviews and monitoring for various sectors across the Corporate, Infrastructure, and U.S. Public Finance departments. Earlier in his career, Ken was an analyst in Ratings covering the Utilities, Infrastructure, Natural Resources, and Transportation sectors.

Ken holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also co-President of ParentsNet Employee Resource Group and Lead for the CREDit Program recruiting at Yale University.
