Jude has been part of the Canadian and Caribbean Financial Services industry for the past 30+ years, 25 years with CIBC. He has played executive leadership roles in a variety of Retail Banking, Insurance, Technology, Operations and Finance areas.
Jude has led transformation strategies and programs around process and technology driven automation, service and customer experience excellence, acquisitions, divestitures, new market entries, consolidation, industry utility evolution and technology modernization. His most recent role as President of INTRIA Items Inc. included operating this Canadian Payments and Cash Processing Utility for numerous FIs in Canada.
In addition, Jude has led several functional areas of Retail Banking covering Distribution and Product Strategy, Innovation, Insurance, Finance, Operational Risk and Compliance.
He also spent five years with CIBC FirstCaribbean as Chief Information Officer and Managing Director - Technology, Operations & Corporate Services. His mandate included Technology Infrastructure, Applications, Strategic Programs, Premises, Information Security and Operations.
Jude has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Business, he is a Certified Management Accountant/Chartered Professional Accountant, and has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jude formerly served as the Chairman of CIBC Offshore Banking Services Company, Vice Chair of CIBC Reinsurance, Director of CIBC Mortgages Inc., member of the Canadian Arthritis Society Board, and member of the JDRF Ride Corporate Advisory Counsel.
