As a Lean/ Six Sigma and Business Process Management professional for 15+ years, Jen has successfully deployed process improvement program with various industries and businesses. Her recent focus in banking compliance process results in 60% process efficiency by implement BPM methodology and using process visualization tool. Jen is continuing her effort on deploying BPM and process visiualization enterprise wide. Jen has Ph.D. in Engineering and M.S. in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering and research focus on Multivariate Analysis application in business and industrial processes.
