Eric is currently the Global Head of Lean Management at S&P Global Ratings. In his current role, he is responsible for all aspects to delivering and sustaining the Way We Work, a holistic lean management system that focuses on creating value for our stakeholders and business. Putting the Way We Work methodologies into practice enables managers and their teams to be better, faster and stronger by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and continuously improve through innovation.
Before this position, Eric was the Analytical Manager for the North American Insurance Integrated Credit group and previously served as Lead Analytical Manager for the Structured Finance Asset-Backed Securitization group. Prior to S&P, Eric worked at Merrill Lynch & Lehman Brothers where he worked in private banking and specialized in restricted equity, derivative and liquidity strategies.
Eric holds a BA from Hobart College and a MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Stamford (Connecticut) Society Investment Analysts.
