A banking career that began in 1979, Ms. Reichle has earned a national reputation as a results-oriented leader driven to provide extraordinary service to the customers she serves. From the early 1980s as a commercial banker to the late 1990s to early 2003 as a CORE banking system provider, Ms. Reichle gained critical insight and knowledge in the areas of business process management and automation technology.

After joining a major US financial institution in 2003, Ms. Reichle applied her unique experience and expertise by launching a system utilization assessment. Ms. Reichle launched BOSS, Inc. [Business Operations Services & Support] in 2009 and later formed an alliance with EnableSoft, Inc. providing consulting and Professional Services. In 2015, Ms. Reichle joined EnableSoft, Inc. [an Robotic Process Automation solution provider] as Executive Vice President and later held the position of Chief Operations Officer and then Chief Customer Offer.

After joining the EnableSoft executive team, she transformed the customer support function, created Foxtrot-RPA Academy and the Foxtrot-RPA Certification program, modified the direct sales process, and launched the Professional Services division. Nintex USA, Inc. acquired EnableSoft, Inc. in 2019. Ms. Reichle joined the Nintex team as Vice President, Global Customer Success Engagement and leads teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
