Vice President-Customer Experience Onspring

Evan is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Onspring. In this role, he is responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction and management of the Professional Services, Learning Services, Product Support and Client Success teams.

Having over 12 years of experience in consulting and project management, Evan has worked with a wide variety of clients and has delivered every core Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution. Additionally, he has also implemented several completely custom-built solutions to fit a myriad of business processes that don't fall within the boundaries of Onspring core solutions. He is also experienced in providing detailed strategic direction regarding the implementation of a GRC platform.

Since 2008, Evan has worked with a plethora of Fortune 500 companies, focusing more on long-term engagements. He has successfully delivered over 125 GRC platform implementation projects total and was the project manager/lead for the majority. His experience includes detailed process analysis and design, sales engineering, stakeholder training, product development, and continued project support.
