Ben Coblentz has been a thought leader and innovator in automation and RPA since establishing the Sales Automation Team at American Family Insurance in 2018. Created from scratch, the SAT transformed an internally sourced group of business analysts into coders and automation experts over time. By leveraging a combination of vendor automation tools and open source technologies, the team has contributed more than $20M in value to date. More recently, Ben has also lead early experiments with generative AI at American Family.
