Responsible for overseeing the implementation of internal social responsibility programs that are aligned with the vision and objectives of the National Bonds Corporation. In addition to the conventional mandate of the HR function, he facilitates the periodic delivery of training programmes with a view to enhancing the professionalism and competencies of employees through instilling a culture of problemsolving and peer-benchmarking.
