Bruce Sheridan

Bruce Sheridan is Managing Director at Organizational Compass, Inc. in St. Louis, Missouri.  Mr. Sheridan has over 35 years of hands on experience and expertise in Business Architecture and Operational Excellence.  As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he worked at Barclays Bank (UK), Bank of America, GE Capital and Florida Power and Light.  Sheridan holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.  He has written Policy Deployment published by ASQ Quality Press.
