Richard Smith

Lean Six Sigma and large-scale change initiatives. He has twenty years of strategy, change management, and process improvement consulting experience as well as fifteen years of corporate experience in sales and marketing, operations, and quality management.
Richard is the co-author, with Jerry Blakeslee, of the book “Strategic Six Sigma: Best Practices from the Executive Suite,” (Wiley, 2003) which features best practices of companies that have successfully deployed Six Sigma as a transformation initiative. Most recently, he co-authored an article for Supply Chain Management Review, “Integration of Six Sigma with On-Demand Technology.” Additionally, he has published several articles on change management, process reengineering and Six Sigma.
