Liam Harrington

A consultant for over 29 years, Liam provides practical change management to companies implementing Business Excellence processes. He specialises in Sales and Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Demand Management, Product Management and Supply Management. He is an innovator in most of these processes.

Liam has been a Senior Partner at Oliver Wight since 1995. He has helped diverse organisations implement Integrated Business Planning and strategic deployment processes, including Heinz, Diversey, British Sugar, Leaf, Cadbury Schweppes, MOD, Akzo Nobel and ICI Paints, Adtranz, Wrigley, Framatome FCI, GlaxoSmithKline and BP. With particular expertise working with complex and matrix organisational structures, Liam helps instil the appropriate behaviours, engage the leadership team and coach them through the change process, ensuring results that last.
