JCI’s team of over 500 full-time CI professionals use PowerSteering software to manage and report on its CI projects for over 500 manufacturing plants and facilities world-wide. The CI teams track a variety of project types, including: Six Sigma, Lean, KT, Engineering VA/VE, as well as other operational improvement projects. Including “Green Belt” type projects, JCI project leaders complete an average of over 10,000 projects/year using the system. Kevin was responsible for leading the project to implement PowerSteering software three years ago. He is responsible for ongoing support and development of the system at JCI. Kevin is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
