Molly Koernke is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Upland Software. Upland is the leading provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software. Over the past 10 years, Molly has held various marketing leadership roles spanning brand management, product marketing, lead and demand generation and marketing communications.
Prior to Upland, Molly launched Dell’s new and exciting $500M customer acquisition sales segment dedicated to driving profitable growth from commercial and public organizations. Her marketing campaigns led to 100%+ year-over-year net new customer revenue and margin growth. Prior to her customer acquisition marketing role, Molly turned around two previously struggling verticals through innovative marketing programs and successfully oversaw several multi-million dollar P&Ls.
Molly launched her marketing career at a boutique consulting firm in Grand Rapids, MI. Outside of connecting with and creating lifelong customers, Molly enjoys spending time on the lake in Austin, TX. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
