Rosa Oppenheim

Rosa Oppenheim, P.h.D., is the Executive Vice Dean and Professor of Management Science and Information Systems for Rutgers Business School—Newark and New Brunswick. She is the author of Quality Management: Tools And Methods For Improvement and has published articles on total quality management, statistical process control, time series analysis and forecasting, the mathematical analysis of literary styles and integer programming. She has also won numerous teaching awards. Her areas of expertise include statistical process control, total quality management and operations research.
