Poorani Jeyasekar is a workforce development professional with an engineering background. She uses a combination of quality tools and performance improvement techniques to solve organizational problems. She has worked in multicultural environments and her expertise includes process improvement, needs analysis, job and task analysis, e-learning, and instructional design. She is also a talented researcher.
She has an MA from The Ohio State University and has Six Sigma black belt training.
Poorani is currently working on “A Simple Model for Managing Four Generations at work.” The model provides specific suggestions for navigating through the seven most significant generational differences. It is a Deming-based systematic, straightforward management approach to real world situations which is easy to learn and remember.
