Marcelo Grimaldi is Process Coordinator at Brazilian cable and satellite TV service Globosat. He has 16 years of career in positions related to Quality, Six Sigma Methodology and Process Management (Shell Brazil, General Electric, Intelig Telecom, Telemar Norte Leste and Globosat). He has also taught Quality management at the Project Management Specialization course at Escola Politécnica – UFRJ - and has a CQI Certificate in Quality Assurance and a Black Belt Certification (General Electric).
