John W. Moran, MBA, Ph.D., CMC, CMQ/OE, and CQIA, is a Senior Quality Advisor to the Public Health Foundation and a Senior Fellow at the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health in the Division of Health Policy and Management. A member of the Advisory Board of Choose to Be Healthy Coalition for York County, Maine, 2011 – present. A faculty member of the CDC/IHI Antibiotic Stewardship project 2011-2

Brynn Riley, MS, CQIA, CHE  is a Researcher at the University of Southern Maine’s Muskie School of Public Service and is the representing Performance Improvement Manager for the State of Maine’s Public Health Department. She has over 15 years of experience in project management and process improvement practices in the private sector.  She is a certified Green Belt and is an ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate.
  
Les Beitsch, MD, JD, is the Associate Dean for Health Affairs at Florida State University College of Medicine, Center for Medicine and Public Health. Dr. Beitsch's focus is on Health Policy, and he works within the Division of Health Affairs and directs the Center for Medicine and Public Health as well as the Division of Health Affairs. Prior to joining the College of Medicine, Dr. Beitsch was Commissioner of Health for the State of Oklahoma, serving in that capacity from June 2001 till November 2003. Before that time he held several positions within the Florida Department of Health for 12 years, most recently Deputy Secretary.
