John G. Tesmer

John G. Tesmer is Manager of Open Standards Research at APQC. He is responsible for the management and development of the Process Classification Framework, including the introduction of 10 industry-specific frameworks in partnership with corporate sponsors such as IBM. Prior to joining APQC in March 2006, John was a project manager with IBM’s Business Consulting Services and has also worked as a management consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Management Consulting Services in the energy and utilities industry.
