Lori Lesko

Lori Lesko is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with the Pfizer in the Safety & Regulatory Operations organization.   She supports the deployment of the Continuous Improvement infrastructure with specific emphasis on metrics, training and coaching. She also works with the organization to identify opportunities for Lean Six Sigma projects and facilitates and leads projects.

Lori has been with Pfizer for over ten years and has alsoworked within the information technology and facilities management business areas on performance metrics management and championed the use of the balanced scorecard methodology to drive improvement.  Prior to joining Pfizer, Lori worked for 3M Company for eight years as a process engineer specializing in continuous improvement of products and processes in the photographic film and fiber optic industries.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Science in Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology.  Lori is a senior member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and a certified Black Belt and Quality Engineer.
