Charles Srour is a recent honors graduate from Harvard University with a master’s degree in management. He achieved his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2000 and has since received four highly prestigious Lean Six Sigma leadership awards and led more than 130 high-yield Lean Six Sigma projects within various industries including higher education, healthcare, residential construction, commercial construction and manufacturing.
