Ron Wince

Co-founder, President and CEO of Guidon Performance Solutions, Ron Wince has nearly two decades of experience leading performance improvement and cultural transformations within manufacturing, service and government organizations.

Prior to founding Guidon, Wince led an internal consulting group for Bank One and later at JP Morgan Chase. During his tenure he led the introduction of Lean Six Sigma within payments operations, check processing, financial reporting as well as various consumer lending, treasury services and information technology functions.

Wince has also held key leadership positions in manufacturing companies implementing Lean and Six Sigma where he developed extensive hands-on expertise leading organization-wide transformations.

His pioneering work in the migration of Lean Six Sigma, robust performance management and execution speed in service industry companies is the precursor to Guidon. Wince is a highly sought after speaker and advisor and has been published or quoted in Fortune, Forbes.com, Patient Safety and Quality, and Healthcare Executive among others.

Wince is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in engineering and a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He currently resides in the Phoenix area with his wife and two children.
