Raymond Ernst is a business consultant and researcher focused on quality management in health care technology.  His previous business research on Six Sigma, strategy, systems thinking and quantitative methods has been published in various journals.  Ernst has worked at the management level in the e-health industry and for Fortune 500 companies.  He is also a distinguished faculty member in the John Sperling School of Business at the University of Phoenix.
