Larry Alexandre

Larry Alexandre is the COO for the Americas for Turbomeca, market leader in helicopter engines, where he currently manages maintenance, repair and overhaul operations in Brazil, Canada and the United States. Over the last few years, he has been the driver behind the company’s Lean Six Sigma transformation, with particular focus on the role of leadership and change management.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in the aerospace industry, Alexandre has held a number of roles in the areas of operations, international development, sales and marketing and strategy, each time focused on bringing step changes to a global organization. He is a true believer in the power of Lean Six Sigma to not only improve business processes, but also to rally entire companies, regardless of geographical boundaries, around a common goal and vision.

Fluent in four languages, with professional experience in over 30 countries, Alexandre has been successful in coaching and leading multi-cultural employees and teams in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, as well as organizational change.

Larry earned a bachelor’s degree in international business from the EPSCI-ESSEC Business School in France and a master’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
