Sandeep Sinha

Sandeep Sinha has spent several years with large companies in the areas of marketing, business development, consulting, and customer service organization and management, interspersed with six years of cause-related fundraising for UNICEF.

He has spent many years with Reliance Communications and other group companies of Reliance (ADAG Companies) in developing customer support systems and processes through setting up a number of captive BPOs for telecom products and services catering to more than 500,000 customer base.

He also managed IT services call centers, as well as the management of field customer service encompassing a pan-Indian spread of more than 350 locations and 1,100 staff reaching out to more than 10,000 end customers of IT services.
