Trained in the Toyota Production System directly from Shingijutsu Ltd student sensei's on enterprise-wide Lean transformation, Mohamed served for 12 years as the executive leader and senior sensei for Hartford Healthcare to set its Lean vision, architect its system designs and enterprise-transformation.
Before that Mohamed worked with Franklin Products a supplier of Boeing Aerospace and Durham Manufacturing and consulted with many
organizations such Gibbs Wire & Steel Inc.; Clinical Laboratory Partners; Admill Machine; Middlesex Hospital; Uconn Healthcare Center.
Mohamed is Professor at Central Connecticut State University for the Graduate Department of Engineering and Technology Management with a focuscon Lean Management, Operational Management and Projectct Management.
