Lynn Kelley is Vice President, Continuous Improvement at Union Pacific Railroad. In this role, she reports to the Chairman and CEO and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She oversees the Continuous Improvement activities of the $17 billion company. Prior to joining Union Pacific, Lynn was employed at Textron where she held the position of Vice President, Operational Excellence, responsible for Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Continuous Improvement across all business units. Lynn was previously a statistics professor at Madonna University and served as chief operating officer for Doctors Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. She has published books in the field of statistics and continuous improvement.
