[CASE STUDY] The Sweet Taste of BPM at Manner

Today, large companies which are successful and family-owned are hard to find. Josef Manner & Comp AG, which has circa 700 employees, is one rare exemplar of an Austrian company with a long successful history – family-owned since its foundation more than 125 years ago. The company represents values as tradition, quality and stability like no others. Manner is not only one of the most well-known chocolate producers around the world, it is also a perfect example of implementing a successful BPM Strategy on top of a traditional business to support the digital transformation of operational processes throughout the company. The company started to build up this strategy in 2011 with the FireStart BPM Suite from PROLOGICS and use the suite for both, business process planning and workflow automation.

Key takeaways participants will learn:
  • How to use the FireStart BPM Suite for professional Business Process Planning, Quality and Change Management
  • How to transform process models to operational workflows
  • Benefits and results of the past 4 years implementing the BPM strategy
