- If your organization has adopted the Operation Excellence. It is easier for you to enroll the initial training for the White Belt, complete the minimum required projects (Kaizens). Then train for the Yellow Belt and fulfill the project requirement. Then you undergo the DMAIC methodology course for the Green Belt. - If your company does not have OpEx then you could apply your own for the above courses and fulfill the projects. Cheers!
