Hi Shaaazah, You will get lot of information on Google if you simply type in "Dabbawalas of Mumbai " or "Mumbai Dabbawalas". One link for ppt out of many other links is http://www.authorstream.com/Presentation/aSGuest1762-99469-mumbai-dabbawala-presentation-entertainment-ppt-powerpoint/ You will be amazed to know that the Dabbawalas are not educated people , do not know any Six Sigma formulas or terminologies or what Six Sigma means but have achieved a 6 Sigma level in the service (deliver lunch boxes in time to office goers) even if it rains heavily in Mumbai. We can say with certainity that Mumbai Dabbawalas deliver a "Robust" (not affected by weather conditions or any man made obstacles like strike , road closure etc.) service to office goers.
