Chandeep Singhhas over 15 years of multi-functional experience covering quality, relationship management and finance. He has an M.S. in industrial engineering from University of South Florida, and is a certified Master Black Belt from GE Capital and a certified Master Black Belt trainer from GE Crotonville.
At Firstsource, Singh currently holds the position of executive vice president — Process Excellence and work force management, where he leads the deployment of quality initiatives and workforce management processes in more than 42 delivery centers globally. Prior to Firstsource, as a director he headed global re-engineering and business excellence at American Express for over two years, and as a vice president he held the quality deployment leader position at GECIS software for five years.
